+ Is your packaging compliant with U.S. customs entry?
Yes. All export packaging adopts ISPM 15 heat-treated solid wood frames with IPPC marking, 100% compliant with U.S. customs inspection requirements, no fumigation risks.
+ How do you guarantee batch color consistency?
We adopt intelligent batching and digital production system, with strict pre-shipment color comparison and quality inspection to ensure zero obvious color difference for continuous bulk and engineering orders.

We support flexible order quantities. Small trial orders and large FCL bulk orders are both acceptable, catering to new distributors and large engineering contractors.
+ Can I get free samples for confirmation?
Yes. We provide free quartz color samples and texture slabs for clients to verify quality, color and vein before placing bulk orders.
+ What is your production lead time?
Standard order lead time is 15–25 working days, according to order quantity and fabrication complexity. We will confirm the exact schedule before order confirmation.

6. Shipping & After-Sales Support

+ What is your main shipping method for USA?
We mainly support FCL full container sea freight for stable bulk supply. LCL shipment is available for trial orders. We provide complete sets of customs clearance documents for U.S. import declaration.
+ How do you protect products during long ocean shipment?
We adopt multi-layer protection: surface protective film, anti-collision corner guards, pearl cotton buffer and reinforced solid wood frames to avoid scratch, impact and breakage during long-distance transportation to the USA.
